Objective: To explore the correlation of spleen-Qi deficiency and gastric emptying.Methods: 128 patients with spleen-Qi deficiency is classified into three groups according to symptom scores.Observe the emptying rate of X-ray markers in stomach.Finally analyze the correlation of spleen-Qi deficiency and gastric emptying statistically.Results: the ratings below 50 points for mild, 45 patients, the average emptying markers 18, and the average rate of emptying 90％.Score 50-80: medium, 40 cases, the average emptying markers 12,emptying rate 60％.Score above 80 points for severe,43 patients, the average emptying markers 7, emptying rate 30％.Conclusion: Spleen-Qi deficiency has significant effect on gastric emptying ,positive correlation between them.%目的:探讨脾胃气虚对胃排空的影响.方法:对128例脾胃气虚患者辩证评分,根据分值多少分成轻、中、重度3组.拍摄X线腹平片观察胃内标志物的排空情况并分组进行统计学处理.结果:评分50分以下为轻度共45例,平均排除标志物18根,平均排空率90%;评分50-80分为中度共40例,平均排除标志物12根,排空率60%;评分80分以上为重度共43例,平均排除标志物7根,排空率35%.结论:脾胃气虚对胃排空有明显影响,脾胃气虚程度越重,胃排空能力越弱.
