To identify the chemical structure of pigment from Tolypocladium inflatum, we separated and analyzed the pigment by high pressure preparation liquid chromatography and spectroscopy analysis. Furthermore,we used online bioinformatic analysis software to predict the gene cluster and its function. The results showed that the pigment was an anthraquinone compound with chemical formula of C15H10O5, and had three phenoxyl radicals and two ketone groups. The related gene clusters of pigment contain 43 open reading frame ( ORFs ) and belong to polyketide synthase ( PKS ) type cluster. Our studies can provide a basis for further exploring the biosynthetic pathway of pigment.%为了鉴定多孔木霉色素的化学结构,并对其合成基因簇进行分析.本研究分离纯化环孢菌素A合成菌多孔木霉(Tolypocladium inflatum)培养液中的色素,然后通过光谱学分析初步鉴定色素的结构.在此基础上,采用生物信息学方法对色素合成基因簇进行解析.多孔木霉色素为蒽醌类物质,分子式为C15 H10 O5,含有3个苯羟基和2个酮基.T.inflatum色素与镰刀菌红素、孢子黄色素的合成基因簇同源性高,合成T.inflatum色素的基因簇共有43个开放阅读框(ORFs),核心基因为聚酮合酶(polyketide synthase,PKS)合成酶基因.本研究从色素结构和合成基因簇分析入手,为进一步阐明色素的生物合成途径奠定基础.
