目的 评价基于移动网络对高血压患者进行健康干预的效果. 方法 通过计算机检索并按入选标准(对照组进行常规健康教育或社会自然教育;试验组进行基于移动网络的健康教育)筛选相关文献,并使用RevMan 5.3软件对效应指标进行荟萃分析,评价干预效果. 结果 33篇文献的8 959名研究对象纳入研究.荟萃分析结果表明,试验组在收缩压(MD:-12.73,95% CI:-15.80 ~-9.66)、舒张压(MD:-8.05,95%CI:-10.51~-5.59)、知晓率(RD:0.24,95% CI:0.21 ~0.28)、治疗率(RD:0.26,95%CI:0.17 ~0.35)、控制率(RD:0.21,95%CI:0.17 ~0.26)、服药依从性(RD:0.29,95%CI:0.24 ~0.34)、规律运动(RD:0.29,95%CI:0.22~0.36)、定期监测(RD:0.30,95%CI:0.21~0.39)、科学饮食(RD:0.29,95% CI:0.26 ~0.38)9个方面均优于对照组.结论 基于移动网络的健康教育可有效改善高血压患者的血压水平和生活方式.%Objective To evaluate the effect of health intervention based on mobile network on hypertensive patients.Methods The meta-analysis was performed by effect indicators using RevMan 5.3 software from the related literature selected according to the enrolling criteria by computer.Results A total of 8 959 subjects from 33 articles were included in the study.The meta-analysis showed that the intervention group were better than the control group in 9 aspects:in systolic blood pressure (MD:-12.73,95% CI:-15.80 to-9.66),diastolic blood pressure (MD:-8.05,95% CI:-10.51 to-5.59),awareness(RD:0.24,95% CI:0.21 to 0.28),treatment(RD:0.26,95% CI:0.17 to 0.35)and control(RD:0.21,95 % CI:0.17 to 0.26),medication adherence (RD:0.29,95 % CI:0.24 to 0.34),regular exercise (RD:0.29,95% CI:0.22 to 0.36),regular monitoring(RD:0.30,95% CI:0.21 to 0.39) and scientific diet (RD:0.29,95% CI:0.26 to 0.38).Conclusions Health intervention based on mobile network can effectively improve the blood pressure and healthy lifestyle of hypertensive patients.
