基于杠杆增力机构的货运索道小车研究

         

摘要

With the rapid development of power industry in our country,the material transporta-tion in the process of the transmission line construction is getting more and more attention.As a new mode of transportation in transmission line,the freight ropeway has been widely used in the transmission line construction with its low cost,convenient construction and not being affected by the climate and other advantages.In the domestic freight ropeway,the fixed rope clips based on bolt is widely adapted,and the action of hanging or offing the cable is always realized by human. So the work efficiency and the economic efficiency are low.The structure of the trolley was opti-mized,lever reinforcement mechanism was applied to magnify the weight of the bearing body of the trolley which could realize the automatic hanging the cable and could realize the automatic off-ing the cable based on the weight of the fixed grip body of the trolley.The experiment shows that the optimized trolley can be applied in the complex environment of the workplace,and further re-duce the cost.%随着我国电力建设的不断发展,输电线路施工过程中的货物运输越来越受到重视.索道运输作为一种新的运输方式,拥有成本低、施工方便并不受气候影响等诸多优点,已经得到了广泛应用.国内货运索道大多数采用基于螺栓的固定式抱索器,而且多采用人工进行行走小车的脱挂索动作,因此工作效率较低,经济效益不高.对行走小车结构进行优化,将杠杆增力机构应用于小车结构中,使得小车的挂重车体自身重量放大,实现行走小车的自动挂索;在抱索车体的自重下实现自动脱索.经实验证明,优化后的行走小车能够应用于环境复杂的工作场所,并且能够进一步降低成本.
