目的 探讨硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征(pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,PIH)的临床效果及对患者血浆和红细胞内钙、镁离子浓度的影响.方法 选取本院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的93例PIH患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组(46例)和对照组(47例),两组患者均口服拉贝洛尔,研究组患者在此基础上给予硫酸镁治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果以及患者血浆和红细胞内钙、镁离子浓度的变化情况.结果 治疗后,研究组患者血浆钙离子、镁离子浓度以及红细胞镁离子浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞钙离子浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).两组胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息的发生率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组患者产后出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗PIH,能够显著提高患者血浆和红细胞中钙、镁离子浓度,降压效果更好,安全性更高.%Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) and the effect of Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration in blood plasma and erythrocyte. Method 93 cases of PIH patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as subjects investigated, and they were randomly divided into study group (n = 46) and control group (n = 47), patients of the two groups were given oral labetalolt, study group patients received magnesium sulfate treatment, compared the treatment effect and influence on Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration in blood plasma and erythrocyte between the two groups. Result After treatment, Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration in blood plasma and Mg2+ concentration in erythrocyte of study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05); the level of erythrocyte calcium ion was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); after treatment, SBP and DBP in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05); incidence rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia of study group between the two groups showed no significant differences (P > 0.05); the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of PIH can significantly improve Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration in blood plasma and erythrocyte, it has better antihypertensive effect and higher safety.
