目的：探讨血必净注射液治疗老年脑出血后吸入性肺炎患者的治疗效果。方法将98例老年脑出血后吸入性肺炎患者随机分为血必净注射液治疗组（n＝51）和对照组（n＝47）。两组均予常规治疗，血必净注射液治疗组加用血必净注射液，比较两组治疗前后疗效、生命体征、白细胞计数（WBC）、血氧分压（PaO2）、血氧饱和度（SaO2）、急性生理与慢性健康状况（APCHE）评分、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）和血肌酐（Scr）的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88.24％，对照组为78.72％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。血必净注射液治疗后生命体征、WBC、PaO2、SaO2和CRP等方面均好于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论血必净注射液具有良好的辅助抗炎症作用，在老年脑出血后吸入性肺炎的治疗中有积极作用。%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Xuebijing injection on the elderly patients with aspirated pneumonia af -ter brain hemorrhage .Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups .Two groups were both treated with anti-biotics and symptomatic treatment ,and additionally Xuebijing injection was given to the treatment group .Differences of clinical symptoms , vi-tal sign, the total white cell count, PO2, SaO2,APCHE score,C-reactive protein,ALT and Crea levels between before and after the therapy were observed.Results The total effective rate was 88.24% in the treatment group and 78.72% in the control group.Vital sign,WBC, PO2 ,SaO2 APCHE score and CRP levels of treatment group were all improved more significantly compared to those of control group .Conclu-sions Xuebijing injection has beneficial effects on anti-inflammation and on the treatment of infections .Xuebijing injection has good effect in the treatment of elderly patients with aspirated pneumonia after brain hemorrhage .
