Objectives:To explore the effects of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with Tacalcitol Ointment on the immune function and serum P in patients with condyloma acuminata (CA) after CO2 laser surgery.Methods:76 patients with CA were randomized into observation group (38 cases,31 cases completed,7 cases lost) and control group (38 cases,34 cases completed,4 cases lost).The control group was treated with CO2 laser surgery combined with Tacalcitol Ointment.The observation group,based on the treatment in the control group,was treated with intramuscular injection of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid (once every other day).Continuous medication lasted for 3 months.The clinical curative effects were evaluated.The levels of interleukin 2 (IL -2),interleukin 4 (IL-4),interleukin 6 (IL-6),interleukin 12 (IL-12) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),serum P (SP) and nerve growth factor (NGF) were detected.The two groups were followed up for 12 months,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were recorded.Results:The effective rate in the observation group (87.10％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (64.71％),while the recurrence rate (12.90％) was significantly lower than that in the control group (51.61％) (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-12,CD4+ and CD4 +/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group while levels of IL-4,TNF-α,CD8 +,SP and NGF were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with Tacalcitol Ointment can regulate T lymph node cells,alleviate imbalance of Th1/Th2,up-regulate SP and NGF to inhibit recurrence in patients with CA after CO2 laser surgery.%目的:探讨卡介苗多糖核酸联合他卡西醇软膏对尖锐湿疣(CA)患者CO2激光术后免疫功能及血清P物质(SP)的影响.方法:将76例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组(38例,31例完成,7例脱落)、对照组(38例,34例完成,4例脱落),对照组给予CO2激光术+他卡西醇软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予卡介苗多糖核酸肌内注射(隔日1次),均持续用药3个月.评估临床疗效,检测白介素2(IL-2)、白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平、P物质(SP)、神经生长因子(NGF);随访12个月,记录两组复发率.结果:观察组治疗有效率为87.10％明显高于对照组的64.71％,复发率为12.90％明显低于对照组的51.61％(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后IL-2、IL-6、IL-12、CD4+、CD4 +/CD8+高于对照组,IL-4、TNF-α、CD8+、SP、NGF低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:卡介苗多糖核酸联合他卡西醇软膏可通过调节T淋巴结细胞,改善Th1/Th2失衡,上调SP、NGF,抑制尖锐湿疣患者CO2激光术后复发.
