带教护士领导力与实习护士情绪智力和职业态度的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation among leadership of teaching nurses,emotional intelligence and occupational attitude of practice nurses.Methods In October 2016,we selected 70 clinical teaching nurses and 115 practice nurses of the Zhengzhou First Peoples' Hospital as subjects by convenience sampling.Teaching nurses were investigated with the Leadership Questionnaire for Nursing Managers and practice nurses were investigated with the Chinese Version of Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS)as well as the Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument(PSCNI).Results A total of 70 questionaires from teaching nurses and 113 from practice nurses were collected.Among 70 teaching nurses,the total score of the Leadership Questionnaire for Nursing Managers was(3.52±0.48).Among 113 practice nurses,the total scores of EIS and PSCNI were(3.85±0.48)and(2.88±0.31)respectively.All of the 113 practice nurses were divided into three groups according to leadership of teaching nurses.There were statistical differences in the total scores and dimension scores of EIS and PSCNI of practice nurses with different groups(P < 0.01).Conclusions Leadership of teaching nurses can influence emotional intelligence and occupational attitude of practice nurses.%目的 分析带教护士领导力与实习护士情绪智力和职业态度的相关性.方法 采用便利抽样法,于2016年10月选取郑州市第一人民医院临床带教护士70名、实习护士115名为研究对象.采用护理管理者领导力问卷对带教护士进行调查,采用中文版情绪智力量表(EIS)、护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)对实习护士进行调查.结果 共回收问卷带教老师70份,实习护士113份.70名带教护士护理管理者领导力问卷总均分(3.52±0.48)分;113名实习护士EIS总均分(3.85±0.48)分,PSCNI总均分为(2.88±0.31)分.根据带教护士领导力水平将113名实习护士分成3组,不同组别的实习护士EIS、PSCNI总分及各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 带教护士的领导力水平可以影响实习护士情绪智力和职业态度水平.
