目的 总结鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析61例(67眼)慢性泪囊炎和(/或)鼻泪管阻塞患者行鼻腔泪囊吻合术后的疗效.结果 本组61例患者均获随访,随访时间4 -12个月.治愈56眼(83.6％),好转11眼(16.4％),无失败病例.结论 鼻腔泪囊吻合术是治疗慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管狭窄较为理想的方法.%Objective To summarize the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was used in 61 cases (67 eyes) underwent dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis and (/or) nasolacrimal obstruction. Results 61 patients of this group were followed up for 4 to 12 months. 56 eyes (83. 6% ) were cured and 11 eyes (16. 4% ) got improved. No failure case was observed. Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy is still an ideal method in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and (/or) nasolacrimal obstruction.
