以团队为基础的学习在护理高等教育中的应用分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the application of team-based learning(TBL) in higher nursing education in china. Methods Studies on the application of TBL teaching in nursing education were searched in CNKI and Wanfang database from 2011 to 2014. Results Sixteen original studies were included. The participants were undergraduate and associate nursing students who were in school learning stage(13 studies) and clinical practice stage(3 studies). The teaching content covered ten courses and clinical subjects. Conclusion TBL teaching is in its infancy in higher nursing education field in China,and the effectiveness and feasibility needs to be further studied.%目的:分析以团队为基础的学习在护理高等教育中的应用现状。方法在中国知网期刊数据库与万方数据库中检索2011~2014年发表的将以团队为基础的学习模式应用于护理教学的研究论文做分析。结果共检出文献16篇,参与研究的对象均为护理学本专科在校学习(13篇)和医院实习(3篇)的学生。教学内容涵盖护理学10门课程及临床实习科目。结论以团队为基础的学习模式在我国护理教育领域才刚刚兴起,其有效性和可行性有待研究者长期的实践和进一步的研究。
