微信平台在护理人员在职培训中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the methods and effects of Wechat for nurses' inservice training. Methods A Wechat platform was set up. Five modules were developed. Totally 212 nurses received inservice training through the Wechat platform. The outcomes were evaluated using questionnaires and tests. Results Wechat-based inservice training improved nurses' performance in theoretical test and skill exams. 98.54% of the nurses accepted and pre-ferred wechat in continuing education.Most nurses reported that this training method was high-efficient (100%) and could stimulate leaning enthusiasm (89.81%),facilitate the mastery of knowledge (96.60%),improve problem-solving ability (93.20%),motivate learning positivity (95.15%). 86.71% of the nurses were satisfied with the training con-tents.13.29% of the nurses proposed to enrich the training content. Conclusion The Wechat-based inservice train-ing can motivate nurses' learning enthusiasm and positivity,and effectively improve their theoretical knowledge and professional skills.%目的:探讨利用微信平台为护理人员提供在职培训的方法及效果。方法建立微信公众平台和微信群,在微信平台上设计了5个模块,按模块开发了相应的培训内容,组织丰富的培训活动,并对我院外科212名护士开展培训。在培训开展一阶段后对培训方法、培训方案、培训效果通过问卷、考试等方式进行评价。结果203名(98.54%)护士接受并希望微信培训模式继续;100%的护士认为微信平台使他们获得知识及时、高效,能激发学习兴趣(185名,占89.81%),促进知识掌握和记忆(199名,占96.60%),有利于提高解决问题能力(192名,占93.20%),并有效调动学习主动性(196名,占95.15%)。137名(86.71%)护士表示对现在培训内容满意,21名(13.29%)护士提出继续丰富培训方案设计内容;N0~N4护士护理三基理论操作合格率稳步上升。结论微信平台在职培训能显著提升护士的能力素质。
