Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic inlay butterfly cartilage graft myringoplasty technique on the treatment of tympanic membrance perforation.Methods Thirty-two cases who suffered the perforation of tympanic membrance were included in the study.All patients were performed the endoscopic inlay butterfly cartilage graft myringoplasty.Otic endoscopy and pure tone audiometry were carried out after the surgery.The data were collected and analyzed.Results All the case were followed up for 6 to 10 months.The recovery incidence of perforation was 93％ (30/32) and more than 15 dB was increased in hearing level in all cases.Two cases were recurred.Conclusions Endoscopic inlay butterfly cartilage graft myringoplasty technique was minimally invasive and feasible,and had the advantage in primary hospital.%目的 探讨耳内镜下嵌入法蝶形软骨鼓膜成形术的临床疗效.方法 对32例干性鼓膜穿孔患者,行嵌入法蝶形软骨鼓膜成形术.手术均在耳内镜下一期完成.术后复查耳内镜及纯音测听,并对结果进行分析.结果 术后随访6～10个月,鼓膜成形的总愈合率为93％ (30/32),术后听力提高＞15 dB.随访期间除2例慢性中耳炎再穿孔外,其余无再穿孔.结论 耳内镜下嵌入法蝶形软骨鼓膜成形术,微创可行,容易被患者接受,容易在基层医院开展推广.
