Objective:To explore the influence of critical thinking attitude inclination of pediatric nurses on nursing ethical decision-making. Methods:A total of 60 pediatric nurses were selected from two comprehensive three-A hospitals and onecomprehensive two-A hospital between May 2014 and May 2015 . Results: For the traits of critical thinking attitude inclination, the intellectual curiosity averagely scored(45. 6 ± 2. 3), significantly higher than other traits ( P<0 . 05 ) . The score of ethical choice on behalf of the subjects was significantly higher than ethical behavior (P<0. 05). There is a positive correlation between pediatric nurses' ethical decision-mak-ing ability and critical thinking attitude inclination ( P <0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:There is a positive correlation be-tween pediatric nurses ' ethical decision -making ability and critical thinking attitude inclination. It can promote nursing ethical decision-making ability through deepening the reform of nursing education and actively practice the decision-making ability of nursing ethics.%目的：调查儿科护理人员评判性思维态度倾向对护理伦理决策力的影响。方法2014年5月-2015年5月，在2家综合性三甲医院及1家综合性二甲医院儿科共抽取60名护理人员作为受检对象展开问卷调查。结果评判性思维态度倾向性调查特质中，求知欲评分均值为(45.6±2.3)分，明显高于其他特质评分结果(P<0.05)。代表受检对象伦理选择的评分均值明显高于伦理行为评分(P<0.05)。儿科护理人员护理伦理决策能力与评判性思维态度倾向性有正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理人员评判性思维态度倾向性与护理伦理决策能力有正相关关系，可通过深化护理教育改革、积极实践护理伦理决策的方式促进护理伦理决策能力提升。
