Objective To analyze the value of modified B-lynch suture in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Forty five cases of patients with cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from 2006 March to December 2014 were selected, and were divided into control group (22 cases) and study group (23 cases) according to surgical time. The control group was treated with routine methods of hemostasis, while the study group was given the modified B-Lynch suture hemostasis. The hemostatic effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the control group was longer than that of the study group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume, blood transfusion volume of the study group were more than those of the control group (P<0.05). In study group, 22 cases (95.65%) were effective, 1 case (4.35%) was invalid; in control group, 16 cases (72.73%) were effective, 6 cases (27.27%) were invalid, the effective rate of the study group (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.73%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The modified B-Lynch suture used in cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage has good hemostatic effect, it can protect the reproductive health of integrity for the patients, it has little operation difficulty and it is a simple operation. It is worth popularization and application in clinic.%目的：分析改良式B-lynch缝合术应用于剖宫产产后出血的临床价值。方法对2006年3月至2014年12月于我院行剖宫产且产后出血的患者45例进行分组研究，根据患者手术先后时间分为对照组（22例）和研究组（23例），对照组患者给予常规方法止血，研究组患者给予改良式B-lynch缝合术止血，对比两组患者的止血效果。结果对照组患者手术时间明显长于研究组，术中出血量、输血量均明显多于研究组（ P＜0.05）；研究组患者的止血有效率为95.65%，明显高于对照组的72.73%（ P＜0.05）。结论改良式B-Lynch 缝合术应用于剖宫产产后出血，止血效果好，有助于保护患者生殖器官的完整性，且手术难度小，操作简单，值得临床推广使用。
