Combined with the construction of basement floor anti-floating anchor at super high-rise building,through improvement of construction technique and process of anti-floating anchor,a self-developed hydraulic jack post-bend device for anti-floating anchor was applied to post-bending anchor the upper end of installed rod,which avoided the impact of initial bending anchor on the operation area of subsequent handling. It accelerated construction procedure,reduced the construction cost,and ensured construction quality.%结合超高层建筑地下室底板抗浮锚杆的施工，通过改进抗浮锚杆弯锚的施工工艺和施工流程，采用自行研制的抗浮锚杆液压千斤顶后弯装置，将已下放安装好的锚杆杆体上端进行后弯折锚固，与传统的施工方法相比，克服了先弯锚杆对后续工序作业面的影响，大幅度加快施工进度，降低施工成本，保证了施工质量。
