幼儿教师专业素质的高低决定着幼儿园教育质量的优劣。以甘肃临夏市所辖三个乡18所农村幼儿园和青海湟中县15所农村幼儿园为调查对象,从专业精神、专业知识和专业能力三个维度探讨农村幼儿教师的专业素质状况及其影响因素,并提出了相应的改善策略。%Teacher's professional quality is the core to the quality of preschool education. This article is based on a survey of 18 rural kindergartens in 3 counties of Linxia, Gansu province and 15 rural kindergartens in Huangzhong, Qinghai. It makes an analysis on the kindergarten teachers' professional qualities from three dimensions: professional spirit, professional knowledge and professional ability. It also explores the factors influencing the teachers' professional qualities. In addition, the countermeasures and strategies are discussed.
