Basing on analyzing both technological process and control requirements of the spray painting line, the PLC-based control system for spray gun was designed. In system,the photoelectric sensor detects the work-piece position and that of both rotary encoder and high speed counter in PLC control; and making use of PLC to control the signals from photoelectric sensors and rotary encoder, the spray gun in operation can be controlled as required.%根据喷涂流水线的工作流程及控制要求,设计了基于PLC的喷涂线喷枪控制系统,该系统是由光电传感器检测工件的位置、旋转编码器和PLC内部的高速计数器实现工件的位置控制,并通过PLC的运算和逻辑控制能力控制光电传感器和旋转编码器的信号,以实现对喷枪工作状态的控制.
