自闭症教育干预的整合视角探讨

         

摘要

Autism is an early developmental disorders disease with biological basis, but it has no certain cure method. Educational intervention is the major treatment of autism rehabilitation. However, there are only a few systemic educational intervention systems which could combine physical and mental health with different intervention stages but with one ultimate developing goal. The theory basis of integrated intervention is whole-person view, ecological system view, development view, treatment view and education view. It tries to trigger autism children’s potential from their mental world, relation world, symbol world and macro world. It can make individualized intervention plan and curriculum by integrated evaluation, in order to promote their physical and mental development and social participation.%自闭症是一种有着生物学基础的早期发育性障碍,目前尚缺乏有效的医学治疗手段,教育干预是自闭症康复的主要途径。然而,目前鲜有将自闭症儿童身心一体、不同阶段干预与终极发展目标紧密结合的系统连贯的教育干预体系。全人观、生态系统观、发展观、治疗观和教育观是整合干预的理论基础,促进自闭症儿童在精神世界、关系世界、符号世界及宏观世界四个方面的潜能开发,实现教育干预的整合,通过整合式评估指定个别化干预方案和课程,促进自闭症儿童的身心发展与社会参与。
