目的:建立田七痛经胶囊中冰片的含量测定方法.方法:经乙酸乙酯提取后,采用气相色谱法测定田七痛经胶囊中冰片的含量.结果:冰片在0.049 86～0.747 90 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101％,RSD为1.9％(n=9).结论:本方法重复性良好,可用于田七痛经胶囊中冰片的含量测定,但还需进一步制定合理的含量限度以进行质量控制.%Objective:To establish a method for content determination of borneol in Tianqitongjing capsules.METHODS: The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and the content of borneol in samples was determined by gas chromatography.RESULTS: The linearity of borneol in the range of 0.049 86 mg/ml-0.747 90 mg/ml was satisfactory.The average recovery of borneol was 101％and RSD was 1.9％(n=9).CONCLUSIONS: This method has good repeatability,which can be used for content determination of Tianqitongjing capsules,yet further rational content limit are supposed to be formulated for quality control.
