OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DN).METHODS: 30 patients with T2DN admitted into Xingang Central Hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 15 cases in each.Two groups were given blood sugar control, diet guidance and other conventional treatment.On this basis, the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of alprostadil, and the observation group received alprostadil combined with danhong injection.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.RESULTS:Before treatment, there were no significant difference between two groups in blood lipids, blood glucose, renal function indicators(P>0.05).After treatment, TC, TG, LDL, FPG, BUN, SCr, UARE and β2-MG of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, while HDL was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ).The total effective rate of observation group was 86.67%( 13/15 ), significantly higher than that of control group [53.33%(8/15)], with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection in treatment of T2DN is accurate, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the renal function.%目的：探讨丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病肾病（ type 2 diabetic nephropathy，T2DN）的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1月—2015年12月新钢中心医院收治的T2DN患者30例作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各15例。2组患者均给予血糖控制、饮食指导等常规治疗。对照组患者静脉滴注前列地尔，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予丹红注射液治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗前，2组患者血脂、血糖、肾功能指标的差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗后，观察组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿蛋白排泄率和β2微球蛋白水平均显著低于对照组，而高密度脂蛋白显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗总有效率为86．67％（13／15），显著高于对照组的53．33％（8／15），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗T2DN，疗效确切，可有效缓解患者临床症状，改善肾功能指标。
