目的:探讨隆昌县人民医院(以下简称"我院")门诊剩余麻醉药品无偿回收情况及其中存在的问题. 方法:对我院2011年1月至2014年8月间无偿回收剩余麻醉药品的数据进行统计分析. 结果:大部分患者家属对无偿交回药品积极性不高,大多数收回的麻醉药品有效期还很长,医务人员回收工作执行有较大难度. 结论:我院门诊执行无偿回收麻醉药品存在一定的问题,建议政策及法规进行相应的调整,给予一定补助,并加强对合格回收药品的重新利用,以促进麻醉药品的充分回收.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the situation and the existed problems in free return of remaining narcotic drugs in a certain hospital. METHODS: The data of free return narcotic drugs from Jan. 2011 to Aug. 2014 in the hospital were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: Most patients' family members had low initiative in free return of remaining narcotic drugs. The majority of recovered narcotic drugs' remaining validity period was still long, and it was difficult for medical staff to conduct the recovery work. CONCLUSIONS:There are still some existed problems in free return of remaining narcotic drugs in the outpatient department of the hospital. It is suggested that policies and regulations should be accordingly adjusted with certain changes, and proper subsidies should be given and the qualified recovery narcotic drugs should be reused to promote narcotic drugs' full recovery.
