目的:探讨普瑞巴林联合阿米替林治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的疗效.方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月韶关市第一人民医院收治的糖尿病周围神经痛患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.对照组患者给予阿米替林25 mg,1日3次;观察组患者给予普瑞巴林75 mg,1日2次,同时睡前服用阿米替林25 mg.两组患者均常规控制饮食,口服抗糖尿病药或注射胰岛素控制血糖.两组患者均治疗4周,分别于治疗前,治疗1、2及4周后观察临床疗效、视觉模拟评分及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.33％(28/30),明显高于对照组70.00％(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗1、2及4周后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为13.33％(4/30)、16.67％(5/30),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:普瑞巴林联合阿米替林治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的疗效显著,安全有效.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of pregabalin combined with amitriptyline in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. METHODS: 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain admitted into the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan from Jan. 2017 to Jun. 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each. The control group was given 25 mg of amitriptyline for 3 times a day; while the observation group were given 75 mg of pregabalin for twice a day and 25 mg of amitriptyline before bedtime. Both groups were given routine diet control, oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin injections to control blood glucose. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks, the clinical efficacy, visual analog scale (VAS) and incidences of adverse drug reactions were observed at before treatment and 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. METHODS: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33％ (28/30), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00％, 21/30), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, the VAS of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05); the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 13.33％ (4/30) and 16.67％ (5/30), the difference had no statistical significance (P＞0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of pregabalin combined with amitriptyline in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain is remarkable, safe and effective.
