建立了一种高效液相色谱法快速、准确测定茶叶中氟.样品经浸泡提取后,以邻苯二甲酸为背景吸收,以Agilent ZORBAX-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1mol/L邻苯二甲酸溶液(15:85,V:V),柱温35℃,检测波长294nm,流速1.0mL/min的条件进行实验.结果表明:氟在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.0%.建立的方法准确、可靠,可以用于茶叶中氟的含量检测.%A quick and accurate High Performance Liquid Chromatography (-PLC) method was established to detect the fluoride illegally added into tea.After extracted and absorbed by hot water,The sample was determined by HPLC and the background absorption was 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid.The separation of fluoride was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX-ODS column (4.6mm ×.250mm,5μ m) using acetonitrile-.1mol/L 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid (15:85,v:v) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The temperature was 35℃ and the detection was at 254 nm.The result showed that there is a good linear relation in the range of0.5 ~ 10.0μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9998.The average recovery was 101.0%,RSD =1.67%.The method is accurate and feasible,suitable for determination of fluoride in the tea.
