米曲霉菌株NJ132液态发酵产孢子条件r初步筛选

         

摘要

The factors affecting the production of NJ132 from As.oryzae were compared. The results showed that the suitable conditions for the production of conidia by liquid fermentation of NJ132 strain were: the potato medium was added with 10 mg/L mixed inorganic salt and 120 mL of the culture medium into triangular bottle, the rotate speed was 100 r/min, at a temperature of 25℃for 5 days in the dark;from the 6th day to the 7th, cul-tivating under the condition of light/dark cycle of cultivation(cycling per 4 hours)at 20℃.%对影响米曲霉菌株NJ132分生孢子生成的因素进行了比较.结果表明,NJ132菌株液态发酵分生孢子产生的适宜条件为:马铃薯培养基添加10 mg/L混合无机盐作为培养基,用容积300 mL的三角瓶装瓶装培养基120 mL,摇床转速为100 r/min,在温度25℃下暗培养5 d,第6天转入20℃、光照/黑暗循环(4 h周期)条件下培养至第7天.
