非线性化学指纹图谱技术在食品掺假检测中的应用

         

摘要

利用非线性化学指纹图谱、色谱、质谱、酶联免疫、近红外、色谱-质谱联用等技术对调味品、饮料、啤酒大麦、蜂蜜、羊奶与牛奶等食品掺假进行检测和鉴别,通过比较,非线性化学指纹图谱技术是一种对样本进行整体分析或综合分析的一种新方法,拥有操作简单,无需样本处理和重现性好等优点。%In this paper, the nonlinear chemical fingerprint technology, chromatography, mass spectrometry, enzyme-linked immune, near infrared, chromatography-mass spectrometry technology were used to detect and identify adulteration in food, such as beverages, beer barley, honey, goat milk and cow milk. In contrast, nonlinear chemical fingerprint technology is a kind of new method based on holistic analysis or comprehensive analysis, and it possesses many advantages, such as simple operation, without sample pretreatment, good reproducibility and so on.
