Because secondary vocational school students do not have enough interests in the course of medicinal chemistry, as the difficulty of the course deepens, students have serious difficulties and problems in their studies. In order to improve this situation, a realistic and integrated teaching mode can apply the theory to practice, teach the students to practice from the practice and promote the systematic teaching of the whole medicine chemistry. In this paper, we mainly study some problems that occur in the course of realizing the realistic and integrated teaching mode in the course of medicinal chemistry, and put forward the measures to implement the realistic and integrated teaching mode in view of these problems.%因为中等职业学校的学生对于药物化学课程没有足够的兴趣,随着课程难度的加深,学生学习出现严重的困难和问题.为了改善这种状况实现理实一体化的教学模式,能够将理论运用到实践当中,教会学生从实践中学,并且促使整个药物化学教学更加系统化.本文主要研究了药物化学课程实现理实一体化教学模式过程中出现的一些问题,并且针对这些问题提出了具体实行理实一体化教学模式的措施.
