目的 探讨慢性应激损伤对模型大鼠消化系统相关血清肿瘤标志物的影响.方法 Wistar大鼠20只,随机分为模型组和空白组.空白组常规饲养,模型组在常规饲养基础上另外给予对应的慢性应激刺激[足底电击(40 V,0.1 Hz),冰水游泳(4℃,5 min),禁水(24 h),禁食(24 h),束缚(4 h)],21 d后采血清,ELISA法测定血清CEA、CA199、CA724、AFP,比较两组血清肿瘤标志物变化并分析消化系统相关肿瘤标志物变化与慢性应激的相关性.结果 模型组CEA、CA199、CA724、AFP高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).CA199、CA724、AFP与慢性应激有相关性,且以AFP相关性最高,回归分析得到的最佳回归方程为Y=0.199+0.029CA724+0.001CA199+0.045AFP,复相关系数R=0.994,决定系数R2=0.998.结论 慢性应激损伤能刺激大鼠血清消化系统相关肿瘤标志物升高,有直接诱发肿瘤发生的可能性.%Objective To investigate the effect of chronic stress damage on serum tumor markers in rat model . Methods Twenty Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into two groups , model group and blank group .The rats in the both groups were routinely fed , while the model group accepted corresponding chronic stress on the basis of con-ventional feed.Serum samples were collected on the 28th day.Elisa method was used to test serum CEA , CA199, CA724 and AFP.The difference in serum tumor markers between the two groups was compared , and the correlation analysis on serum tumor markers and chronic stress was also conducted .Results The CEA, CA199, CA724 and AFP in blank group were 9.07 ±1.43, 321.01 ±35.95, 8.43 ±1.02 and 7.20 ±0.80, respectively; and were 22.73 ±1.6, 729.11 ± 57.68, 18.66 ±1.11 and 1.11 ±0.89, respectively, in model group.There were significant differences in serum tumor markers between the two groups (P<0.01).The best regression equation was Y=0.199+0.029CA724+0.001CA199+0.045AFP (F=418.70, P<0.01), with the multiple correlation coefficient R of 0.994 and determination coefficient R2 of 0.998.The results suggested that CA199, CA724, AFP were associated with chronic stress, and AFP has the highest correlation with chronic stress .Conclusion Chronic stress damage can stimulate the increase of rats serum tumor mark-ers, suggesting induction of tumorigenesis .
