目的:探讨CCN1和Mel-18在结肠癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化法观察56例手术切除的结肠癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中CCN1和Mel-18的表达情况,分析两种蛋白与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系及预后意义。结果 CCN1蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达阳性率为76.79%,明显高于相应癌旁组织的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移结肠癌组织中表达的阳性率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Mel-18蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达阳性率为39.29%,明显低于相应癌旁组织的66.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移结肠癌组织中表达的阳性率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,CCN1和Mel-18蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.472, P<0.05)。结论 CCN1在结肠癌中的表达上调和Mel-18在结肠癌中的表达下调可能与结肠癌的发生有关,有可能成为新的预测结肠癌恶性程度及是否发生远处转移的有效分子标志物。%Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of CCN1 and Mel-18 in colon can-cer. Methods Fifty-six cases of colon cancer tissues and their matched pericarcinous tissues were respectively detect-ed by immunohistochemical technique, to analyze the relationship of the expression of CCN1 and Mel-18 protein with the clinical pathological features. Results The positive rate of CCN1 expression in colon cancer tissues (76.76%) was significantly higher than that of pericarcinous tissue (14.29%, P<0.05), and there were no significant dif-ference of CCN1 positive expression between different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The posi-tive rate of Mel-18 expression in colon cancer tissues (39.29%) was significantly lower than that of pericarcinous tis-sue (66.07%, P<0.05), and there were no significant difference of Mel-18 positive expression between different clini-cal stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of CCN1 and Mel-18 in colon cancer tissues (r=-0.472, P<0.05). Conclusion The up-regulated CCN1 expression and down-regu-lated Mel-18 expresson may be closely related with the occurrence of colon cancer, as a possible effective molecular markers to forecast the malignant degree and distant metastasis of colon cancer.
