Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude to cardiopulmonary resuscitation ( CPR) in students in Shanghai in order to provide reference data for popularization of CPR at spot in China. Methods The survey was performed by questionnaires in 3,000 students in Shanghai in March 2015 who were chosen according to stratified cluster sampling principle,then effective questionnaire survey data were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2,918 students received investigation ,with 2,761 questionnaires being valid. Among all the effective samples, 38％(1,057/2,761) of students heard CPR, and 32％(884/2,761)studied CPR in some form, but only 3％(83/2,761)of students participated in CPR course. The two major paths of understanding CPR were television and books. Moreover 78％(2,154/2,761)of students showed a desire to learn CPR, and 73％(2,025/2,761) of students were willing to disseminate CPR. Conclusion At present the dissemination of CPR among Chinese students has not been executed satisfactorily. The results of the investigation indicate the importance of CPR popularity, it is necessary to provide more convenient, effective and attractive ways for the Chinese students to learn CPR.%目的 通过调查上海市在校学生对心肺复苏术(CPR)的认知和态度,为在国内普及现场心肺复苏术提供数据指导.方法 通过整群随机抽样方法抽取3000名上海市在校学生作为调查对象,对有效问卷所得到的调查数据进行分析.结果 2918名学生接受调查,其中2761份问卷有效.在所有有效样本中,38.3％(1057/2761)的学生表示听说过CPR,32.0％(884/2761)的学生学习过CPR,但只有3.0％(83/2761)的同学参加过CPR课程.所有学习心肺复苏术的途径中,最主要两种途径是电视和书本.78.0％(2154/2761)的学生表示想学习CPR,73.3％(2025/2761)的学生表示愿意传播CPR.结论 目前国内在校学生的心肺复苏术普及并没有得到很好的落实.本次调查中的发现进一步体现了普及心肺复苏术的重要性,需要提供更多便捷、有效和有吸引力的传播途径,以帮助更多人,特别是学生,学习心肺复苏术.
