The polyphenol extract was extarcted from fruits of wild Actinidia arguta by an organic solvent. The polyphenol content and the total reducing power of the extract was 1.83 ±0.09mg/g fresh weight and 3.97 ±0.29/g fresh weight, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging rate of the polyphenol extracts reached 78.64 ±1.25% when the extract concentration was 0.1mg/mL. The results showed that wild Actinidia arguta is rich in polyphenols, and have antioxidant and free radical scavenging effect.%以野生软枣子猕猴桃果实为原料，通过有机溶剂提取，得到野生软枣子猕猴桃的多酚提液。测得野生软枣子猕猴桃的多酚含量为1.83±0.09mg/g 鲜重，总还原力为3.97±0.29总还原力/g 鲜重，野生软枣猕猴桃多酚提取物0.1mg/mL 对 DPPH 自由基的清除率可达到78.64±1.25%，实验结果表明野生软枣子猕猴桃富含多酚类物质，具有抗氧化、清除自由基的功效。
