With the continuous improvement of the construction of social archives and the increasing integration of archives, the effect of archival education is becoming more and more obvious. The effect of archival education on remembering history, introspection and thought summarization, reference and analysis has been increasingly important. To clear the practical significance of archives education function and the future development of archives education direction has a significant role in promoting the development of the whole social education. Combined with the actual educational experience, the practical significance and development direction of archives education function were explored in this paper.%随着社会档案建设工作的不断完善及档案学学科的日趋完整，档案教育的影响不断扩大，档案教育对于铭记历史、反省与思想总结、借鉴与经验分析的作用日渐明显，档案教育对于现阶段社会的发展也愈发重要。明确档案教育功能的现实意义，明确档案教育未来的发展方向，对整个社会教育的开展有着显著的促进作用。结合实际的教育经验，对档案教育功能的现实意义及发展方向进行探究。
