Effects of meterorological environment change on meterorological elements are described in this paper. The author analyzes the grim situation facing the Sanmenxia regional meteorological sounding environments and the reason of the damage. Some specific measurements protecting meteorological observational environment were proposed as follows. Firstly,for the stations that have been moved or have new damage detection environment phenomenon, measures should be taken. The station of new relocation should increase the meteorological observation environmental record strength,usually strengthen the meteorological observation environmental supervision and inspection,and protect of meteorological sounding environments in accordance with the law. With the full application of administ-rative intervention,it is supposed to intensify law enforcement,severely punish illegal cases. Then,the damaged or removed station should study the establishment of the station migration data correction method,formating the station migration homogenization of the month year data series.%简述了气象探测环境变化对气象要素的影响，分析了三门峡地区气象探测环境面临的严峻形势以及受破坏的原因。有针对性地提出，保护气象探测环境应从两方面入手：一是对已搬新站或已出现破坏探测环境苗头的现象要采取措施，如新搬迁的站应加大气象探测环境备案力度，平时加强气象探测环境的监督和检查，依法保护气象探测环境，充分应用行政干预，防患于未然，加大执法力度，严肃查处违法案件；二是已破坏或已迁站的要研究建立对迁站前后数据资料订正方法，形成迁站前后均一化的月年资料序列。
