Considering hydraulic servo strip steel deviation control system is not stable and responds slowly, the paper proposes optimization with fuzzy PID control technology. The initial mathematical model of the hydraulic servo system is established based on actual hydraulic strip steel deviation control system, and the system is then added to PID controller and fuzzy PID controller respectively. Matlab is used to simulate and compare the system under three conditions, showing that fuzzy PID control yields better performance parameter than the first two. Thus, fuzzy PID control has obvious optimization effect on the hydraulic strip steel deviation control system.%针对带钢纠偏液压伺服系统存在不稳定和响应时间偏长的问题,提出了利用模糊PID控制技术对该系统进行优化处理.以实际的带钢液压纠偏系统为基础,建立了该液压伺服系统的初始数学模型,然后将系统分别加入PID控制器和模糊PID控制器,利用Matlab对系统在三种条件下进行仿真比较, 结果表明模糊PID控制系统性能参数相对前两种有明显的提高,模糊PID对带钢纠偏液压系统的控制有明显的优化作用.
