Objective: To comprehend the current situation on the training of managers in sanitarium and access the training demand. So as to provide evidence for the training of managers in sanitarium. Methods: The questionnaire was processed in 98 managers, and the results were analyzed. Results: The training aspiration of managers are higher. Some problems are also existed in actual training mode and effect. Meanwhile, managers have their charac-teristic in training content, method and materials. Conclusion: From the aspects of thought exploitation and con-ception conversion, the individual training should be enhanced. The training effect should be improved starting from training mode, course content and managers demand on training.%目的:通过了解疗养院管理人员培训现状以及对培训需求进行评估,为疗养院管理人员培训提供有力依据;方法:对98名管理者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行相应分析.结果:管理人员对培训的意愿较高,但目前的培训从方式、效果等方面还存在较多问题.同时,通过需求评估发现管理人员对培训的内容、方法、材料等方面具有自身的特点.结论:从开拓思路、转变观念入手,加强管理人员有针对性的培训;从培训方式、课程内容、管理人员对培训的需求入手,提高培训效果.
