Along with the improvement of relevant laws and regulations and progression of health care reform, sen-ses of self-protection in patients were enhanced. Simultaneously kinds of non-conforming elements in physician -patient relationship were present frequently. In the new environment, obstetrics and gynecology medical teaching was faced with mountains of difficulties. This article discussed the role of medical simulation education and stand-ardized patients in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. The results suggest that the two methods will help to improve the quality of teaching.%随着相关法律法规的不断完善,患者自我保护意识的增强,以及医患之间不协调因素增加等原因,妇产科教学在新的医疗环境下面临着严峻的考验.本文探索了标准化患者与医学模拟教育在妇产科教学中的应用,认为两种教学方法的引入将有助于妇产科临床医学教育质量的进一步提高.
