研究目的：为阳光体育运动的大力实施,为农村中学大课间体育活动的稳步推进,为农村中学大课间体育活动的开展提供理论依据。研究方法：运用实地考察、问卷调查等方法,从民族民间体育人力、内容、设施资源等方面,对湘西州农村中学大课间体育活动开展现状进行调查分析。研究结果和结论：湘西州农村民族民间体育资源丰富、形式多样,学校没有充分开发利用;湘西州农村中学大课间体育活动开展欠佳;认为应结合当地实际情况,大力开发民族民间体育资源,为农村中学开展大课间体育活动奠定基础。%Purpose of research： To provide a theoretical basis for the proceeding of Sunshine Sports Activities and break-time sports activities in rural middle schools at a steady pace.Research methods： By means of field research and questionnaires,this paper has done a series of investigations into break-time sports activities in rural middle schools of Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Xiangxi in the aspects such as manpower,content and facilities of national folk sports resources.Conclusion： Educators from rural middle schools of Xiangxi haven＇t made good use of the abundant resources in folk sports;Physical educators should explore and take advantage of national folk sports resources according to the local situation,with the purpose of establishing a good foundation for promoting break-time sports activities in rural middle schools steadily and orderly.
