目的 总结口腔癌患者围手术期的护理体会.方法 对50例口腔癌患者做好心理护理,严格做好术前准备,术后严密观察病情变化,做好呼吸系统、口腔及饮食护理,对实施皮瓣移植修复的患者做好并发症观察,重视再造舌运动功能及语音训练.结果 50例患者术后恢复良好,效果满意.结论 科学有效的围手术期整体护理是提高口腔癌手术根治疗效的重要保证.%Objective To summarize the nursing experience of oral cancer patients in perioperative.Methods 50 cases of oral cancer patients were taken mental care,strict preoperative preparation,good oral and respiratory system,diet nursing,and closely observed postoperative changes.Observed the flap patients'complications and paid attention to restoring tongue motor function and speech training.Result 50 cases recovered well after operation,with satisfactory effect.Conclusion The scientific,effective perioperative holistic nursing care is the important guarantee to improve the efficacy of oral cancer radical operation.
