可见-近红外光谱预测土壤有机质含量的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] Analytic models for soil organic matter content was developed based on soil visible-near infrared spectrum system. [ Method] 20 soil samples from Guandi mountain area were tested and analyzed by spectrum technology with a wavelength range from 400 run to 1 000 nm based on test system. [ Result] Soil organic matter content predicated by visible-near infrared spectrum was consistent with that by PLS method. [Conclusion] PLS (partial least square regression) method was used for establishing prediction model between soil organic matter and corresponding soil spectrum data.%[目的]基于土壤可见-近红外直接测定系统,重点研究和开发土壤有机质含量的校正分析模型.[方法]主要利用测试系统对来自关帝山森林土壤的20个样本在400~1 000 nm范围内进行光谱测试和分析.[结果]采用光谱法测定的有机质含量与采用权威化学方法测定的值基本一致.[结论]使用偏最小二乘回归分析,建立了土壤有机质与土壤光谱特性的预测模型.
