枳椇休眠期间芽和枝皮中内源激素的变化比较

         

摘要

[目的]研究枳椇休眠期间芽和枝皮中内源激素的变化.[方法]以4年生积极植株为试材,采用ELISA法测定了枳椇休眠过程中芽和枝皮中内源激素ABA、GA、IAA和ZR含量的变化.[结果]在休眠期间,枳椇芽和枝皮中ABA含量最多,其次是IAA,ZR、GA的含量最少;芽和枝皮中ABA的含量都不随休眠的加深或休眠的解除简单的增加或减少,芽中IAA、GA、ZR含量在休眠的前期和后期分别呈增加或减少的变化趋势,在休眠期的中期有一个明显的峰,而枝皮中IAA、GA、ZR含量的变化趋势与芽中的变化趋势明显不同.[结论]芽中激素的含量并不依赖于枝皮中激素的含量,2组织中激素的含量没有显著的相关性.%[Objective ]The level , alteration and correlation of endogenous hormones in Hovenia dulcis Thunb. Bud and bark during dormant period were studied. [Method]4 year-old Hovenia duleis Thunb. Was used as material to experiment. The changes of endogenous ABA,GA, IAA,ZR in bud and bark were investigated during dormant period with the method of ELISA. [Result]The subsequence of hormones contents in bud and bark was ABA > IAA > GA and ZR. The contents of ABA in bud and bark didn' t increase or decrease simply according to deepening or releasing of dormant. The contents of GA, IAA, ZR in bud appeared increasing tendency in earlier stage or decreasing tendency in later stage and an obvious peak in intermediate stage of dormancy period. But the changing tendency of GA,IAA,ZR in bark was apparently different from the tendency in bud. [ Conclusion ] The contents of endogenous hormones in bud didn' t depend on the quantity of it in bark and there wasn' t significant correlation between the contents in bud and bark.
