Agricultural products are usually sold directly to consumers , or after industrialized as a food processing raw materials to consumers.The change of their price maybe cause the changes and fluctuation of CPI.Because food accounts for a large proportion in CPI, they have a decisive impact on the rise and fall of CPI for the changes and fluctuation of price from food、edible oil、vegeta-bles、meat and so on.This paper adopts the method of combining statistical analysis and mathematical statistics , analyzing the rela-tionship between CPI and change in the price of agricultural products in recent years in Suzhou City , puts forward countermeasures and gives suggestions how to stabilize the prices of agricultural products and control CPI change .%农产品通常直接出售给消费者，或者作为食品加工的原材料经过工厂工业化的生产供给消费者，其价格的变化波动都可能引起CPI的变化与波动。由于食品在CPI中占据了很大比例，所以来源于粮食、食用油、蔬菜、肉类等农产品的价格波动往往对CPI的上涨与下跌有着决定性的影响。本文采用了常规统计分析与数理统计分析相结合的方法，对宿州市近年来CPI和农产品价格变动之间的关系进行观察分析，有针对性地对该问题提出稳定农产品价格、控制 CPI变动幅度的对策和建议。
