Based on Hutchinson& Waters′needs analysis model ,the target needs of 150 medical under-graduates for Medical English and the professional needs of 150 medical staff were investigated by the way of questionnaire survey .Non-parametric q test for multi-scale and t test for two paired samples were per-formed within each sample and between two samples respectively over the data obtained from the question -naire survey .Conclusions were taken through analyzing the statistical results in order to guide the Medical English teaching process truly in line with the professional needs .%以Hutchinson和Waters的需求分析模式为依据，通过问卷调查的方式对150名医学专业本科生对医学英语的目标需求及150名医务人员对医学英语的职业需求进行了调查。将问卷调查所得出的数据在各同类独立样本内部进行多分类q检验，两类样本间进行两分类t检验，分析检验结果得出结论，以期指导医学英语教学真正符合职业需求。
