DL-2-萘普生热分解过程和非等温热分解动力学研究

         

摘要

The thermal decomposition process and non-isothermal decomposition kinetic of DL-2-naproxen were studied by the Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) and Thermogravimetrie Analysis (TGA). The results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of DL-2-naproxen is in the range of ((250.72~296.87)+4.88)℃. The melting point and the melting enthalpy of DL-2-naproxen were measured to be (158.16±0.6)℃ and (140.57±2.10) J·g-1, respectively, by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The mechanism function and kinetic parameters of non-isothermal decomposition of DL-2-naproxen were obtained from the analysis of DTA-TGA curves by both Aehar and COATS-Redfern methods. The kinetic equation of DL-2-naproxen decomposition obtained shows that the decomposition reaction is a second order reaction, its activation energy and preexponential factor obtained are 201.558 kJ·mol-1 and 7.52× 1024 s-1, respectively. The basic data obtained are available for the application, engineering design and industry production of DL-2-naproxen.%用热重-差热联用分析(DTA-TGA)技术和差动扫描(DSC)技术研究了DL-2-萘普生在空气中的热分解过程和非等温热分解机理及动力学.DTA-TGA分析表明DL-2-萘普生在((250.722~296.87)±4.88)℃之间发生热分解反应,结合DSC分析表明DL-2-萘普生的熔点为(158.16±0.6)℃,熔融热为(140.57±2.10)J·g-1.运用Achar法和Coats-Redfem法对非等温动力学数据进行分析,得到热分解反应的机理函数和动力学参数,其热分解反应为二级反应机理,表观活化能为E=201.558kJ·mol-1,指前因子A=7.52×1024 s-1.
