混合梁钢-混结合段PBL剪力键的受力性能研究

         

摘要

To investigate the mechanical performance of Perfobond shear connectors in steel‐concrete joint sec‐tion of hybrid girder bridge , destructive test was conducted on twenty‐eight specimens that were divided into seven groups under two series , which were fabricated according to the characteristics of steel‐concrete joint section of hybrid bridge .Based on the test results , the mechanical performance ,failure modes and load trans‐ferring mechanism of Perfobond shear connectors separately fabricated with RPC and C 50 normal concrete were analyzed .The major factors affecting the mechanical performance of PBL were discussed .Comparisons were made between the test results and calculated values of bearing capacity formula for PBL , which was put for‐ward by domestic and international specialists . Furthermore , a formula for PBL bearing capacity considering the bond effects between the perforated steel plate and concrete was proposed . The results indicated that the mechanical properties of PBL shear connectors cast with RPC were improved , as opposed to those cast with C50 . The ductility of PBL was subject to the flexibility of the transverse rebar ,and the concrete dowel in the plate hole effectively enhanced the shear strength of PBL . With definite physical meaning of the proposed for‐mula and good agreement between the calculated values and test results , the formula can be applied to the cac‐ulation of PBL in steel‐concrete joint section of hybrid girder bridge w hich is constructed with RPC or normal concrete .%为研究混合梁钢‐混结合段PBL剪力键的受力性能,本文对2类7组共28个插入式试件进行破坏性试验。基于试验结果,对分别采用超高性能活性粉末混凝土(RPC )和C50普通混凝土浇筑的 PBL剪力键力学性能、破坏形态及传力原理等进行分析,探讨影响PBL受力性能的主要因素;同时将试验结果与国内外学者提出的PBL承载力公式计算值进行比较,建立孔内榫剪断形式下、考虑开孔钢板与混凝土黏结作用的PBL承载力计算式。结果表明:采用RPC浇筑的PBL剪力键相对采用C50浇筑受力性能得到改善,PBL延性主要受孔内贯穿钢筋变形性能控制,混凝土榫能有效提高PBL的抗剪能力。建立的承载力计算式物理意义明确,计算值与试验值吻合较好,可用于采用RPC或普通混凝土浇筑的混合梁钢‐混结合段PBL承载能力的确定。
