In order to solve the problems in the teaching of law-related subjects in secondary vocational schools,un- der the guidance of the ideas of the new curriculum reform, this essay discusses about how to bring students' subjec- tivity into play in legal education as well as giving relevant solutions and suggestions in the aspects of teaching con- cepts, interest in learning and assessment of learning, to make the legal education more vivid and effective.%针对当前中职法律学科教学存在的问题，以新课程改革理念为指导，从教学观念、学习兴趣、学习评价等方面，对如何在中职法律教学中发挥学生主体作用进行探讨，提出了相应的对策和建议，使中职法律教学更生动有效。
