目的 探讨缝合锚钉技术固定治疗下胫腓联合损伤的近期疗效.方法 采用缝合锚钉技术固定治疗28例下胫腓联合损伤患者.结果 患者切口均一期愈合,未发生感染及皮肤坏死.27例患者获得随访,时间7 ～48个月;1例失访.27例骨折全部愈合,未发生内固定断裂及下胫腓联合分离.末次随访时,AOFAS踝-后足功能评分为89.7分±7.6分,优12例,良14例,可1例;VAS评分为1.7分±0.4分;踝关节活动度:背伸14°±5°,跖屈39°±8°.结论 缝合锚钉技术固定是治疗下胫腓联合损伤的有效方法,手术操作简单,近期疗效满意.%Objective To investigate the short term curative effect of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury were treated with anchor technique fixation.Methods Twenty-eight cases of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury were treated with anchor technique fixation.Results Primary healing of incision was obtained in all patients,and no incision infection and skin necrosis occurred.Twenty-seven cases were followed up for 7 ～ 48 months,1 case was lost to follow-up.All fractures were healed well,no internal fixation loosening and tibiofibular syndesmosis diastasis occurred.In the last follow-up,the AOFAS ankle-hind toot score was (89.7 ±7.6) points,the result was excellent in 12 cases,good in 14,fair in 1.VAS was 1.7 ± 0.4.The degrees of dorsiflexion of the ankle was 14° ± 5°,degrees of plantar flexion of the ankle was 39 o ± 8 °.Conclusions Anchor technique fixation is an effective method to treat distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury,with convenient operation and satisfactory short term curative effect.
