目的 探讨多元化护理干预对首发青少年精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响.方法将138例首发青少年精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组70例,对照组68例.两组均给予精神科常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予多元化护理干预,观察8周.比较两组干预前后阳性与阴性症状量表、个人和社会恢复量表、公认认知成套测验、护士观察量表评分及服药依从性.结果 干预后两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P＜0 .01) ,观察组较对照组下降更显著(P＜0 .01) ;干预后两组个人和社会恢复量表、公认认知成套测验、护士观察量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P＜0 .01) ,观察组较对照组升高更显著(P＜0 .01).观察组依从率为95 .5%,对照组为84 .1%,观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0 .05) .结论 多元化护理干预可以有效改善患者的精神症状,促进患者社会功能、认知功能及自知力恢复,提高服药依从性,值得临床推广.%Objective To explore the effects of multiplex nursing intervention on drug compliance in ado‐lescents with first episode schizophrenia .Methods 138 firs‐episode adolescent schizophrenia patient w ere randomly divided into the observation g roup (70 cases ) and the control group (68 cases ).Bo th g roups w ere given psychiatric routine nursing intervention ,and the observation group w as given diversified nurs‐ing intervention on this basis for 8 w eeks .T he PA NSS ,PSP ,M CCB ,N OISE scores and drug compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention .Results The PANSS scores of the two g roups w ere significantly low er than those before the intervention ( P＜0 .01) ,and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group ( P＜0 .01).T he PSP ,M CCB and N OISE scores of the tw o g roups w ere significantly higher than those before the intervention ( P＜0 .01 ) ,and the observation g roup increased more significantly than the control g roup ( P＜0 .01).T he co mpliance rate of the observa‐tion group w as 95 .5%,and that of the control group w as 84 .1% .T he observation g roup w as significantly higher than the control group ( P＜0 .05).Conclusion M ultiplex nursing intervention can effectively im‐prove the patient＇s mental sy mpto ms ,promote the recovery of patients＇social function ,cognitive function and self consciousness ,and improve medication compliance ,w hich is w orthy of clinical promotion .
