In view of the current employment difficulties and poor employment quality of the vocational college grad-uates, the author, as a practitioner in this field, analyzes the existing problems and proposes some countermeasures from such prospective as system reform, teaching staff development, employment guidance and comprehensive quali-ty education, with the aim to optimize employment service in colleges.%针对目前高职院校毕业生就业困难、就业质量不高等问题,笔者结合自身实际工作,分析就业中存在的问题,并从体制改革、师资队伍建设、就业指导、综合素质教育等方面进行探讨,提出完善高职院校就业工作的措施及对策.
