职前教师实践性知识的发展路径

         

摘要

Practical knowledge is a basic knowledge for a pre -service teacher to learn “how to be a teach-er”.It is the most fundamental starting point to produce and enrich a pre -service teacher ’ s practical knowledge , which can make a pre-service teacher an eligible teacher .The developing path of a pre -service teacher ’ s practi-cal knowledge can be divided into:the construction of the “U-S” Community, the building of a professional dia-logue field , shadow learning field and action researching field .It makes a good combination of educational theories and educational practices to enhance a pre -service teacher to obtain practical knowledge effectively .Furthermore , it also can shorten the period of adaption for a pre -service teacher to be an eligible teacher , helping him or her to lay a great foundation for the self -development after becoming an eligible teacher .%实践性知识是职前教师“学会为师”的知识基础。催生与丰富职前教师的实践性知识,使其顺利入职,是职前教师教育最根本的出发点。职前教师实践性知识的发展路径为:构建“U-S”共同体,搭建专业对话场、影子学习场、行动研究场,使教育理论与教育实践互通与联动,有效促进职前教师实践性知识的习得与创生,从而缩短其入职适应期,并为其职后的专业自主发展奠定坚实基础。
