城乡统筹背景下中小学教师流动困境及推进动力研究

         

摘要

Exchanging between urban and rural teachers is an important channel to promote education equity and the standardization of compulsory education.In view of the policy background of teachers exchanging,involving with the dilemma of ethics,system and teachers subject of teachers exchanging,the paper proposed four driving force of teachers exchanging,i.e.identity identity from school belonging to professional belonging,and ideological level from professional spirit to soul surpassing,value orientation from external recognition to self achievement,and logic ration from system rigid to ethics return,so as to provide useful reference for the undergoing teachers exchanging among Chinese primary and middle schools.%城乡间教师流动是促进教育公平、推进义务教育标准化建设的重要途径.基于教师流动的政策背景,围绕教师流动的伦理困境、制度困境和教师主体困境,提出教师流动的四大推进动力,即从学校归属到专业归属的身份认同、从职业精神到灵魂超越的思想境界、从外在认可到自我实现的价值目标、从制度刚性到伦理回归的逻辑理性,以期为我国正在进行的中小学教师流动提供有益借鉴.
