新郑红枣中总黄酮超声波提取及含量分析

         

摘要

提出"超声波浸提+紫外分光光度法"测定红枣中总黄酮含量的方法,阐述红枣的药理功效,营养价值与黄酮类化合物含量可能存在的关系.以芦丁为对照品,于510 nm处采用紫外分光光度法测定红枣中总黄酮的含量,总黄酮为0.000~0.008 mg·mL-1时,吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=12.678 5C+0.119 79,r=0.999 6,平均加标回收率为93.69%.该方法操作简便、结果准确且稳定性好,可为红枣药理研究提供信息和依据,为总黄酮含量测定提供数据参考.%The paper proposed a method of ultrasonic extraction and UV to extract total flavonoids, and described the jujube pharmacological effect, nutritional value, content of flavonoids and the relationship that may exist. Rutin as reference substance, at 510 nm department UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids of jujube. Flavonoids 0. 000 - 0. 008 mg · mL -1 range , the absorbance and quality concentration was linear regression with the equation of A = 12. 6785C +0. 119 79 and r = 0. 999 6, The average recovery of 93. 69%. The method is simple, accurate, reliable and good stability, which can provide some information and pharmacological basis for determination of total flavonoids and provide reference data.
